"I attended a 4/hour "CONTACT" self defense class @ JMD Defense, in the Chicago "Beverly" neighborhood.  The instructor, is an EXCELLENT trainer & has worked in Law Enforcement for 18+Years & depending on group size she will come to U!  She shared various ways to free yourself & quickly get away from an attacker.  I HIGHLY recommend the class for ALL... especially WOMEN. "

The goal of the women's self-defense class is to empower and train female students to avoid becoming a victim and techniques to defend themselves. Instruction will be provided through a combination of hands on self-defense techniques, verbal commands, de-escalation tactics and lecture information. We offer classes for adult women and young ladies ages 12 to 18.

Mommy & Me Self Defense Class is designed for moms and daughters ages 8 to 18. The duo will learn hands on techniques and strategies to avoid becoming a victim. The class will also focus on safety tips that can be applied at work, during school, at home and while in the community.

This self defense class is designed for girls who are entering college as freshmen or returning to college beyond freshman year. Students will learn how to stay safe on & off campus. They will also learn hands on self defense techniques to avoid becoming a victim.

This safety awareness class is designed for undergraduate or graduate ladies. We will discuss situational awareness as it relates to on and off campus living, college parties, spring break trips, Uber/Lyft safety tips, cell phone tips, and the use of everyday safety tools in your possession.  The overall goal is to ensure that every young lady is S.A.F.E.  (Strong, Aware, Fearless and Empowered)
