Women’s Self-Defense

The goal of the women's self-defense class is to empower and train female students to avoid becoming a victim and techniques to defend themselves. Instruction will be provided through a combination of hands on self-defense techniques, verbal commands, de-escalation tactics and lecture information. We offer classes for adult women and young ladies ages 12 to 18.

NRA Refuse To Be A Victim©

Attend the Refuse To Be A Victim® crime prevention and personal safety seminar, a program of the National Rifle Association. You will get the tools you need to develop your own personal safety strategy, including information on: The Psychology of the Criminal Mind, Home & Phone Security, Automobile & Travel Security, Personal & Technological Security, Preventing Identity Theft,  Self-Defense, Devices and Training Options.

We offer this class on-site at your community center, church, senior citizen group, etc. Please contact us to scheule a class for your group.

Mommy & Me Self-Defense

Mommy & Me Self Defense Class is designed for moms and daughters ages 8 to 18. The duo will learn hands on techniques and strategies to avoid becoming a victim. The class will also focus on safety tips that can be applied at work, during school, at home and while in the community.

Self-Defense for College Girls

This self defense class is designed for girls who are entering college as freshmen or returning to college beyond freshman year. Students will learn how to stay safe on & off campus. They will also learn hands on self defense techniques to avoid becoming a victim.
